It was our intention to provide you with the knowledge that will enable you to make essential decisions, to prepare and inform those closest to you of what you want for yourself as you approach the end of your life.  All who went to this Forum came away with a better understanding of the issues.   We made a start - it was a very informative session (click here for scenes of the event)!

We filmed the event and DVDs and audio files of the whole presentation and subsequent discussion are available. In addition to that, the very helpful feedback we got from the audience has built a strong case for us to pursue a number of critical questions. If possible, we will come up with ways of addressing those issues and keep you informed of any future developments. In a follow up session, Forum panellist, Dr Rodney Syme gave a  seminar in August 2007 which expanded on some of the issues people raised on 14th October.   Click here for a list of contact information for the organisations associated with this Forum or for more information on any matters raised at the Forum.
